- Firstly, check for blockages - blockages usually occur in the chute between the mower deck and the catcher, which block airflow and prevent grass from being thrown to the back of the catcher.
- Mowing in wet or unruly conditions are often the cause of this. Double check that the catcher is attached properly to the chute.
- Always ensure to remove the battery / safety key and wear correct PPE when clearing blockages.
